Member and Member Guest Bookings 2024

Please read our 2024 booking policy, terms and conditions to ensure that you are familiar with the booking procedures, invoicing and payment timelines and other details. This information outlines the booking process for NTAC members and their accompanied guests.  Rates are included in this information. If you still have questions after reading this information and the booking policy document, or for information on group bookings and use of facilities for functions both in ski season and throughout the year please email bookings.

The Lodge is available for bookings for the June long weekend and on the dates as showing available in the booking form date picker throughout July, August and September.  The Frederick Smithies Lodge is not available or bookings between May and September 2024, however if are interested in unit bookings outside these months please contact us at bookings.  Group bookings can also be taken for any dates not currently showing in the booking form so please contact us to discuss these.
